Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The operator of assmgp.com is not the primary "producer" of any images or video recordings of explicit sexual or simulated sexual conduct that may be offered there. The operator of assmgp.com limits their undertakings with regard to sexually explicit content provided by third-party users to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting only. The areas of assmgp.com on which user-provided content is featured are under the control of those users. The operators are consequently exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as specified in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on the website that, at the operator’s sole discretion, is judged to be illegal, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or which in any manner contravenes the website's terms of use or other policies may be deleted.
